I think it has a great chance of testing that last low of 37.5. There is also a head & shoulders (I know, I know, who believes in these anymore), albeit a very steep-angled one (and the volume pattern is not perfect). If it does manage to break that neckline, subtract another 13 from where it breaks. Right now, just by eyeing it, it could break it ~27, which makes the target 14. Talk about over-optimistic? Point & figure suggests 21. My oh my, why didn't I keep at least a little? I will still look for another good place to short. Right here is not the place.
