<<It appears someone is looking for stock.... >> If you mean that the conference call was postponed not because of the holiday but to allow unknown parties to buy more stock (for which there's been ample opportunity for some time now) I don't buy it. They could have announced the CC for Oct. 5 from the beginning. I suppose the call could have been held Thurs. after the market close, but if they believe the CC could fuel some interest, I can understand why they don't want a weekend intervening right away. A simple mistake is not manipulation.
