Joe, Windows CE devices typically require long battery life (and low processor cost). x86 processors just burn too much power for this market; even the GX. Once the power consumption of Cyrix integrated processors comes down, they will be widely used (really). What worries me is that with the addition of MPEG 2 to the MediaPC, the chip may be overkill for Jupiter class sub mini-notebooks. There is no room for a DVD drive in these things. Cyrix should make several versions of the MediaPC to cover as many market segments as possible. StrongArm is coming from Intel! Pravin.
