Laser I talked to IR today about the IPM shares. All the IPM shares as well as most shares held by insiders are legend shares and cannot be sold yet. Therefore I would have to speculate that the sales were profit takers or perhaps the MM's were shorting into the run up. Watch the web site today. I'm told it's being upgraded.
