ggs, I like everyones optimism for Q3. Someone made a post on yahoo that CUBE couldn't have bought all the bonds 'cause they still own 45,000 worth. Perhaps they wanted to add a few cents to Q4 too.
Here are a few excerpts fron Mark's Monday memo........

The recent round of NBC layoffs includes some of the network's top
DTV/HDTV engineers.

Why would NBC cut these folks? Whatever the reason it plays right into the hands of end to end solution providers like DIVI!

Reply comments on the FCC plan to have set-top boxes divested of
their security functions and sold at retail (instead of leased by
cable operators) had no big surprises. Retail and consumer-electronics
interests think it's a great idea; cable operators and the companies
who currently sell them the boxes they lease (primarily General
Instrument and Scientific-Atlanta) think it's a terrible idea.
So, why is this in the DTV News section? The Association for
Maximum Service TV (MSTV) thinks retailing cable boxes "could
accelerate the penetration of DTV."

Go DIVI
