Not being an expert by any means, but at low levels lwin would seem worth a look for the long, long, haul. Q seems a better investment now, given it's worth is becoming realized in the next few years, while we'll have to take a more wait and see attitude toward LWIN until things become more clearly defined (my opinion). There has been some discussion on Q thread, check Greg P's posts (I believe)....others are wondering the same thing....me, too, actually.

The only other question to ask: What's the downside risk? QCOM...low to mid 40s....LWIN about 2.5 to 3? Hard to say completely...especially in this market.
