How so??? Simply because a Chilean Judge rules one way, that means that everything MDIN has stated is a lie????? I dont follow your logic. Nobody, including MDIN, can predict with any certainty how a judge will rule, no less a Chilean judge. MDIN has stated that they are optimistic that they will win. Many companies are optimistic about litigation they are in, thats why they are in the litigation in the first place. If they werent, they would settle the case or not pursue litigation. Does MDIN know with certainty that they will win?? NO. Are any other companies involved in litigation certain they will win?? NO. Does that mean that any company that has ever lost litigation lied about everything they have stated?? NO IMHO you are making a quantum leap in logic. GG
