<< uninformed on the peanut butter in schools issue>> Depending on who you ask, somewhere between 80 and 150 people have died from these types of allergies over the last 15 years (according to my favorite talking head shows. It may be a serious issue for the few people that are seriously allergic, but it isn't that big a deal in the overall picture. How far do you inconvenience the general population to protect 1 person (or a handful)? If I'm afraid of heights, to the point that I pass out and might die of a heart attack, are you going to outlaw all buildings over 1 storey?
