No, it does not mean everything MDIN has stated is a lie. Actually lies that are close to the truth are the most effective. Still if MDIN has lied about its land claims around Andicollo(I will assume and so will most other investors-that MDIN has lied to us if the judge rules against MDIN)one wonders what others things we have been deceived about? Lies breed more lies-just ask Mr. Clinton. Still, this is all a mute point if MDIN wins all the court cases. I'm just looking at a worst case scenario-it seems lately that what can go wrong with MDIN has gone wrong!
