1) More than half of NIR is half by less than 10 long term holders who have been around since Napier's anti-stain days. They held through the run up to $4.88 - they are holding now - Well that's a no brainer they had no choice but watch this baby rise and fall as there is usually a one year hold on PP paper. But I am sure that they had free trading paper along with it. All I know is that when free trading paper comes due it comes DUE. Take Over!! A the greatest promotional term used, I even had a broker that continued to use those words to me (worse than a promoter) on several dogs. A take over would occur if a company a Net Present Value that would make it worth it's while. Remember, those closest to a deal are the ones at the back door.
