They should be valued at a 10%-20% discount to the closing market price of the given quarter. So lets say FXWA closes at $7 today, NUOA should be able to carry their FXWA shares at $5.60 - $6.30 per share. If the deal is struck for 6 million shares the value would be between $33.6 million and $37.8 million. Add to this the $180 million dollar note discounted 20% which would be $144 million and you have total assets approaching $200 million. Thus, NUOA should have a book value of over $2.00 per share IMHO.
