will they meet this new 4 cents,,, and what the the stock price do after the earnings were lowered.

I don't know...and the stock dropped to 8 and rebounded to 13 for a 60% gain :). Read my last two posts in the Art of Investing thread for my take on this.

P.S the company already preanounced an operating loss for the quarter.
