I have heard this line before:

"There are 2.4 million warrants available to be exercised starting tomorrow, Oct. 1, 1998. These warrants are held by groups close to the insiders and are not expected to hit the market in any great fashion. There is also buyers lined up and ready to accept them should any be let go."
