The merger between winspear and antler is a two and a half share of
winspear to one share antler based on the closing price of winspear
on wednesday october 2/96 $3.08 which would mean antler price is
$7.70 as this information is based on robert bishop fax-alert#65
october 4/96 Antler closing price as of december 24/96 was $7.15 up
.30 cent for the day but off .55 cent per share on the agreed merger
of $7.70 value to be had best wishes to all
