Kevin, I cannot figure it out either. I know we had a bump with Best Bank, but things have been strengthened and should be safer now to bumps like that. I have one theory why the price is dropping. ABN has lost some money in the last few years...maybe people were not impressed by what they saw was a bad acquisition....I think anyone who sells now is making a big mistake. These texans are pretty smart fellows...and I am sure they did not get cheated. We are trading at levels that was seen prior to last quarters earnings...I think people always gets nervous before earnings..and it is not causing but lack of buying. Once earnings come out I think more people will gobble this bargain up. Greg
