Not that I'm saying he has no reason to be, but it was a PR guy who said, "That one uncomfortable incident aside, Mrs. Lincoln certainly enjoyed the play."

And what's with IGHS management that they'd make a buyout offer without having first conducted discussions or tried to? Odd.

Anyway, it's not known at this time if company officers will participate in the CC. Liberty Capital won't likely know until Monday morning. And if earnings, even nondiluted, are in line for $.12 and maybe more, then GBIT should be $2.00 or better. Possibly lots better.
