Doug, The Investment Company Institute is reporting that there was an outflow of $11.2 billion from mutual funds in August and that was the first such outflow in eight years.

By the way, those who believe that Nortel's problems are related to the top-line and not the bottom-line are missing the point. NT is a growth stock and sports a growth PE. If revenues begin to stall, it doesn't matter how they cook their books to make the bottom line look good, the fact is their growth will have stalled and the PE must come down to reflect this.
