Radim: I don't think people knew quite how to take the IDB announcement. Couldn't figure out if it was positive or negative. Personally, I'd skip the one-time charge in favor of profits. But that's just a stockholder talking. From a business side, they had to decide whether or not it was a proper fit as a purchase. I have no doubt that they know best in that arena. The Engelberger announcement was out of the blue. Obviously good, but not easily measurable. It is another confirmation that management is for real. It still doesn't show revenues or events that lead to revenues. You're quite correct about the charting. That should give the stock a little boost. Still, most people don't understand how these tools promote sales. They can see internet stocks soar. People don't understand that it's from such conveniences that so much of internet-generated revenues are born. Wally
