Lessee. That was around 13:30 on Monday. I was mistakenly counting all the lines on the cascading ticker as trades. There were three that I thought were trades at the ask, so they were in actuality three asks, or offers to sell at $12. Five minutes later another 5000 shares were offered at $12.
