Hi Judy, today was kind of a holiday for me. I really do not know how a rate cut in Germany will affect the US markets. If it is a cut just in Germany, the impact will be minimal here (it also depends a lot on the size of the cut, we saw here what a "symbolic" cut did). I think we are running out of time in the far east and that may cause a domino effect in the whole world, in that case we might end up in a liquidity trap and reductions in interest rates will have no impact.
