Thanks for the post. Might I suggest that you call your broker and get them to find out what is going on and research a new phone number.. After all, that is why full-service brokers get the big commissions. You would definetly be within your rights to ask this of them, especially if they actually sold you the stock. I would do this myself, but as circumstances have it, I use a discount service (here's one case when I wished I had full service). Hope you can get more info. It would be a big help.
