Just a little word on insider trades. An indication of a sell in a stock has been shown to have no relation to a top in a stock price unless many managers dump a large amount of stock at one time. This is not the case with PAYX. Take a look at the Dell insider trading and it will give a good example. Michael Dell has sold lots of shares this whole year yet the stock keeps going higher. I was even concerned until I realized that it is normal for insiders to cash in a small amount of their holdings over time. Secondly it's much worse when an insider cashes out when their stock is really low. It shows that they believe it's fully valued even at a much lower price. Insider buying is much more useful because insiders buy only for one reason...they think the stock is going higher and want to make money on that. That is the facts for those who may not know.
