The company has no working capital. Financing is required in the near future to allow the installation of investor relations facilities, preparation of year end audited statements and payment of outstanding payables and other matters.

Mr. David Raftery reports
James Thorpe has been appointed as a director of the company, effective Sept. 30, 1998.
David Raftery has been appointed president of the company to replace Dr. John Harper.
With the resignation of Dr. Harper (see Stockwatch Sept. 28, 1998) and closing of the head office in Calgary, the head office will be moved to Vancouver.
The company has no working capital. Financing is required in the near future to allow the installation of investor relations facilities, preparation of year end audited statements and payment of outstanding payables and other matters.
