If you want to post to an existing subject thread, you MUST respond to an existing message. There is not "general" post. If your question is on how to start an entirely new subject, click on the group name containing the subject header and scroll to the bottom of the list of subjects where you will see a link for creating a new subject. If you want the subject in a different group, start at SI's StockTalk page first and work your way down to the group which is appropriate.
