Anil: PSFT- Well as you know one never knows about the price movements in advance so don't be surprised if it goes about 34.50 particularly considering the current price is way below the 52 week high where as in BMCS's case it moved a buck breaking the 52 week resistance.

Budget Surplus: I think it is safe to assume the money is not sitting idle somewhere,it my be parked in some form of government financial instruments.Of course spending in the form of tax cut etc will stimulate the economy but savings will also facilitate economic activity,money seldom sits idle unless one takes it out of circulation and keep it physically locked up somewhere.

I am progressing nicely with my investigation on Indian stock markets and online brokerage services etc so far so good.I am in correspondence with couple of NRIs who are engaged in investing there and getting their feedbacks,I have contacted the National Stock exchange and a few brokers and I have my nephew investigating two brokers there whose name I have given him.I am also tracking the stock movements of the most actively traded stocks on NSE all reputable firms who have been in business for ages and some Indian companies of foreing origin like ,Glaxo,Pfizer,P&G, Colgate Palmolive and the like.I'll let you guys know more as and when it becomes available.

You have certainly done well with your Satyam shares.
