Does anyone know what is happening in India? It would seem that India would be almost as fertile as China for CDMA. I know Qualcomm was running WLL tests there, and the last thing I saw was about 6 months ago, when a release said that the tests went well and that Qualcomm was looking for an Indian partner to join in the building of a manufacturing plant.
