To complete the feasability study, necessary for funding, it was required to drill holes upwards in the ceilings of the existing tunnels. This required specialized equipment, which they have located and the holes are being done Just to clarify this. From my conversations IKAR has located a drill which is to be used to bore through hundreds of feet of rock. The person who is in charge of the drilling is currently on site waiting for the drill which from my understanding will arrive at the site within the next few days if it isn't already there. So the drilling is about to take place. From my understanding the drill is two inches in diameter with a hollowed out center that retains the material as the drill passes through a few hundred feet of rock. This material is what is going to be assayed to complete part of the feasibility report. From what I understand this procedure does take some time. If fractures in the rock are encountered the drill will start to follow the fracture thus causing the drill to travel away from a straight path which must occur thus the only correction is to withdraw the drill and start another hole. So depending on fractures in the rock it can either go smoothly or become a real pain in the neck and require numerous start up holes before a clean drill hole is accomplished. Also this drilling originates inside one of the tunnels and is directed up to the surface which from my understanding is a few hundred feet. Jim feel free to add what you know or anyone else. This is my understanding of just one of the aspects of what is taking place.
