Hello! A. Paisley,

Well, from my previous communication with a Management Representative from NYRR as I recall the time frame from Sept. 30th. to Oct. 15th. is when I am expecting to see some positive news from NYRR. JMO!

As I have stated in previous postings I have given my self a time frame of the end of 1998 to evaluate my investment decision in NYRR.

Of course as a shareholder of NYRR and being a somewhat trusting soul
I am looking forward to this positive news that I have been told to expect over the next few weeks.

Many of the NYRR Thread followers have heard all the hopes, speculative opinions before, everything from Conrail Lawsuits, to becoming a fully SEC Reporting Company, to Government Grants and so on..... In my view credibility is now the key component to maintain or develope or enhance shareholder and potential investor confidence.

To me, this will be proven or otherwise in the near future.

Today I sent a message to NYRR Management trying to get an update as to whether I can still expect this anticipated positive news by Oct. 15th..... When I hear a response I will share it on this thread.

I will not attempt to make any predictions as to what might or might not be coming down the track...usually the path that my investments follow--I buy a stock--it goes down--I hang on and on and on--then I usually eventually sell and then soon after it starts going up.

I know! Some of you are saying then why doesn't he sell so that the price can go up?

Well! I hope my attempts to send a friendly but sincere and desperate message to NYRR Management is picked up from this thread posting--as I am of the opinion that this thread is followed by at least some of the NYRR Management! JMO!

I would like to end this posting by saying to NYRR Management, please try to put yourself in the shoes of us shareholders that do not have privy knowledge of the activities and plans and business achievements of NYRR---with that in mind please strive to issue a news/press release to us so that we can bettor determine what level of support and committment we want to place behind our investment in NYRR. JMO!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
