let's stay with the facts and not add to the embarassing trail of pump an dump penny stocks. this company has a chance albeit a small chance of attaining profitability if the tunisian casinos produce. FXWA if one reads the SEC filings, has no book value, regardless of its so called share price. it traded at zero a few months ago, following bankruptcy from pipe business. 2 folks in wendover nevada inlcuding the mayor have hopes for an 'oasis' near elko. they are in no position to pay a large note as they have no revenue, it is simply paper, and will not be viewed as a bookable asset by the nasadaq. cut the bull and the hype, and hope europeans take the ferry to the tunisian coast. NUOA has in excess of 45 million shares out, not including the FXWA deal and God knows what else. a reverse split is inevitable and worthy, if, the casinos are viable.
