PEGA, the RS is not as low this time as it was when the stock hit these levels about a month ago...Smoothed rate of change has turned up...True ADX is still increasing, but it is usually lagging...Volume seems to be drying up, warning that downward trend may be losing steam..The pattern of a potential Head and Shoulder top is there,with neckline at 15.00...But let's see how she dives the next time under 15.00 before passing judgment...Mark
