To obtain more info on AEterna you could try their web site www.aeterna.com and get your questions answered. But as you know, their study will be directed across US and CDN, I imagine that the FDA already have answers on the issue of << how hard is it to produce,and how many sharks needed to produce a useful amount?>>.
For the ticker you should try AEL.ME ME is for Montreal stock exchange.
