Fraser I too sent e-mail messages to TiS and got no reply. However, I did get results when I called the Florida office. It took two calls but Galit did respond. The fellow in FL is very nice and he did get results. My guess is they're running a bare bones organization and because of that Galit is busting her chops doing 40 different things (including lots of travel).
