Craig Benson just gave keynote speech Today, before interview with CBS. I am long on CS, but if I wasn't I would put it on My watch list. As You say even if takeover doesn't happen, CS is still a good hold here. BTW keep an eye on ESCMF, it should move at least 10% to 15% Tomorrow or by Friday.
