Help me. My understanding is that for every 6 shares of CSMA, you will get 1 share of Envirotech. For every 7 shares of CSMA, you will get 1 share of ADhatters. And then you will be left with your Csma that you originally had. So my take is that they have done a 1 for 6 reverse on Envirotech, and a 1 for 7 reverse on Adhatters, and left CSMA alone, because there is nothing in it. So if I have say 100,000 shares of CSMA today, tomorrow I will have 16,666 Envirotech, and 14,285 Adhatters, and 100,000 Csma. Am I missing something? It looks to me like I have 1/6 of what I had before in the well, and 1/7 of what I had before in the hats, and 1/1 of nothing in CSMA. So my 100,000 shares is now really 30,951 shares. Same assets, 70% hit.
This is not legal.
Is this the worst deal this year or am I missing something?
And as far as the bylaws are concerned, yes, they are important, and I do not think that this can be done to us, legally. Of course, the SEC is looking into this as we speak, so it is really up to them now. |
