Hi Wayne, They can only report the truth, not pie in the sky. So they have kept us up to date newswise. That's all the news there is. As to their promises, that is a different situation. In my opinion they have been very evasive or even lied regarding the audit. If the auditors were held up, they should have said why and for how long. If they can't figure out how to make out a Rule something or other 211 report, they should get some help. Year after year it is evasion and failure to be able to report the truth. The truth is, they were/are losing tons of money and they didn't want to say so. The web site news page was updated to reflect the signing of contracts with CSX and NS. This of it's self is meaningless because the current business will flow over the shared trackage so these contracts are business as usual. If they were new and exciting, there would have been a press release, not just included in a web page update. nyrr.com 246810
