new aging aircraft rules for inspections are coming out tomorrow... should be costly to the airlines...wonder if that has anything to do with the downdraft of the transports..in some small way 70 points from breaking 13 k 47 points 20 points.... you would think it would close over 13k the first time it hits this 13k area...I guess I will see when I wake up in the morning
