Etpi up from 15 cents last week to .35bid by .40 ask this week,it looks like it has a chance to break open. New IRseems to be very aggressive and wants the stock at 1 dollar in 3 weeks. It is fully reporting and profitable. Man, i hope i can finally get a prediction right LOOOOOOOOOOL. check the trend though as it looks very strong.
