Apparently some semi fabs will accept the lower quality if the price is low enough, though that makes it hard for WFR to make money. Rumor was posted on Yahoo that MOT may stop buying from WFR. I don't know if it is true, or how much business MOT does now. I agree that improving quality is critical to WFR's hope for survival. Carl
