It seems there can be very little done other than stay long here. 10 months has passed in 1998 and this is very bad year, so it is upsetting but not unusual that Steppe didn't go anywhere. Who knows what is really going on? Judging by the latest slide show available from Carn about SPE things are as they were, with all the goals and targets in line. If they fail to finance we are done for sure but 3Q of 1999 is still a year away. Without updates it is tough to bite this 0.06 bid, but I guess this is the answer of how people feel about this whole enterprise right now. Views can easily change and confirmation of financing will be the turnkey event. They have some money, they are aware of short term capital requirements for their properties and they are working on it. Time will tell, being patient is very difficult act, especially in such a conditions, but giving the ball away now is far worse specualtion than it was getting into it for the first time.
