Let me take a wild guess, and say Escondito must be a municipal utility company, also. Otherwise, the MCOM contract would be with LA P&W, old So. Cal Ed./Gas Co. or San Diego P&L. Power poles not light poles have been the MCOM choice in the bay area. Anyway, the MCOM rollout is plugging along in the Bay area from what I can discern. I'm still holding my opinion, to see if they can get the 110k Ricohcet running. It seems the 28k is running OK right now. 5% of revenue? I haven't heard of them giving this out before.
