NUEP gave VISA exclusive rights to the former's technology. VISA can use or reject the technology if it wishes, but if it decided to use it, the royalty to NUEP is a penny a transaction. Remember that NUEP is an OTC-BB company. I believe it is said that most BB stocks are promotional scams only. NUEP isn't one of them by virtue of its VISA connection, but the company must generate earnings down the road to support the stock price.
