Shane, Seems like 300 stores selling DIVX is a good round number. I found 263 stores total. These include Future Shop's 23 US outlets, and one Ultimate Electronics in Vegas. Add, 144 CA Circuit City stores with another five in Virginia, and 14 in Washington and Oregon.
