Dear Brian : I too saw that article. The reporter was attempting to jump on the internet-hype story band wagon. For the real info on RICA go to EDGAR. There u will see the solid financials. Best Wishes, Lloyd I would recommend that you email Charles to be put on the RICA shareholder committee email list. Charles has been nothing but straightforward and forthright...I have followed QLSI/RICA for approximately one year.
