Look like there is a lot of "baggage" out there in the form of convertible preferred stock, short term debt, etc. sec.yahoo.com The a/r has been out there some time it appears from the SI thread and does not appear to be collectible until a future occurance. Lack of activity on the SI thread also worries me (nothing since July 19).
