The point in the Bloomberg article about pension fund buying is
one I have seen raised 4 or five times in the last month. If I recall correctly, these interventions usually were reported to have occurred
when the Nik was at or around 14 k. I don't know how often
it was reported to happen prior to the last month; I have only been watching closely lately.

Is Japan "bargain hunting" or is something else at work?
