Yes and there are a lot more which are deemed LEGAL but rip you wide open anyway.
I looked at PKGP, now trading under USXP as an example. PKGP "did" announce a 70 for 1 reverse split without EVER announcing their INTENT.
Now in my opinion THAT ought to be JUST as illegal as any of this other junk that's pulled. There is NO difference in my thinking, Investors got RIPPED WIDE OPEN, I know because I have less cash which was beyond my control.
