Don't live very close, but trust me I have asked a number of times.
Have spoken with Spencer, Michael PR, Mike CFO.

They all say the same thing.
But from my last conversation it appears that things are getting closer. Mind you that is only what the CFO said and he works for Spencer. I do choose to believe and be patient a little longer.
This company is doing real business and growing. I only stands to reason that they would desire to be fully reporting and on the big board.
