All defendants had their lawyers present, even Mann's. J.B. Oxfords attorney asked for a 14 day extension. The judge told him he has had time, then said we will finish this Friday. How many attorneys have experience fighting a short squeeze? Apparently none of these guys do. From what I understand it was hilarious. The lawyers are asking each other how they are going to do this. This is getting better all the time. I use to laugh a little when Cav would say "see you @ $20" but there is a good possibility we could get pretty close if not there.
