Hi Skeeter Bug; It's become somewhat fashionable to blame the White House for all sorts of things. Since they are demonstrably liars, they are naturally going to be suspected of every bad thing that happens in the country.

!!! FLASH NEWS: White House responsible for stock market drop! Must Attribute -- Carl Bilow !!!

More seriously, here is a new article by that paragon of virtue, (i.e. ex-White House employee) Dick Morris:

Ooops.... I see it is already posted. Here it is, anyway:

The more I think about it, the less I like the black bag operations that both parties use during election campaigns. The tendency for the people employed in that sort of thing to act unlawfully and immorally seems quite strong.

I believe that Clinton's noted tendency to keep campaigning, even after he has won the office, is why these black bag operations were not shut down after the election of '96.

Now, instead of having black bag operations influencing the election (which is bad enough), we have black bag operations allegedly attempting to influence the congress. This smells really bad. Naturally, congress is angry.
