Harvey there is going to be alot of markets, both standards, rolling out 1 Jan. Most of the former license holders of the spectrum have moved or digital bypass via fiber on temp basis. PCS operators have intice theses folks with big bucks to accomplish this by year end. I led a gypsy live style the last two months, I looking to steal livestock, sell small children and tell outrageous fortunes. As for India, the political situation is pretty shaky right now with plenty of scandals and accusation of kick backs, etc. This isn't an indictment on QCOM, just an overall malise.
